Cindy Austin

Director of Client Relations

Cindy Austin is a professional with more than 31 years of experience in the securities
industry. During her career, she has served as a receptionist, wire operator, operations manager and division manager’s assistant. Her strong and diverse background enables her to provide a seasoned perspective and effective client service.

Cindy is outgoing and quick to solve problems, answer questions, provide solutions and proactively communicate important information to clients. Her commitment to providing excellent service, paired with her strong understanding of client needs, results in a memorable client experience marked by thoroughness and personalization.

Cindy has a variety of interests, including hiking, boating, baking, cooking, sewing and reading. However, her first priority is her family. She comes from a family of 12 children, and currently has 45 nieces and nephews. Despite the challenges in number and distance, they remain close-knit, and she is proud that the family annually vacations to Sequoia National Park, renting 35 cabins and participating in family dinners each night.
